Booking Policies
By Making an appointment you agree to the following:

A Debit/Credit Card is required for any and all clients to book an appointment. You will not be charged anything upfront. You will only be charged in the event you do not cancel your appointment in required time frame, if you are so late you missed your appointment or if you don't show.

More than 15 minutes late with no notice...you have missed your appointment
​
More than 30 minutes late ,notice or not.... you have missed your appointment!
​
Appointment cancellations policies are as follows:

Services valued up to $75 require no less than 24 hour notice of cancelation

Services valued Higher than $75 require no less than 72 hours notice of cancellation
​
In the event the appointment is not cancelled in time , or client is so late they missed the appointment, or client does not show up. Card on file will be charged 50% of what the service cost!

Too many consecutive Rescheduling may result in the requirement of a non refundable deposit .

PLEASE BE INTENTIONAL WHEN BOOKING!
When a Client Reschedules It makes their stylist have to work double time to fill that spot. STYLISTS DONT GET PAID TIME OFF, so if you cancel or reschedule , It could affect

their rent
​
, they may be out money because they already bought your supplies and now they cant get that money they fronted for your appointment back.

Their household budget
​
Their family time because we have to now take time from our families to try to fill the appointment that just opened
​
they may even have to open another day to accomodate someone elses schedule so that they can make up what they couldnt fill
​
What they can do for their kids
​
If they have enough money to go to a dr apt (we dont get health insurance)
​
